SUMMARY:Susan Cox artist residency and exhibition 4-19 August
DESCRIPTION:Susan Cox is exhibiting new paintings at Room 14 at Sandy Hill Arts in Corfe from the 4- 19 August. The Private View will take place on Thursday 14 August 6-9pm. There will be an Artist talk from 7-8pm, to share elements and learning from the week long residency that takes place on the week preceding the Exhibition.\nThere will be a Plein Air opportunity (drawing and painting studies made outside) in the environment of Sandy Hill, (Tuesday 5 August 11.00 am -12.30pm) all materials provided, price £10.00, teas and coffee refreshments provided. Any age group can join, under 5yrs go free, 5-18 yrs £5.00. Please book a place for this workshop via the specific Plein Air Opportunity workshop page. \nOn the 14 August there will be a Silk Screen Workshop for children, to create a hanging banner for the Marquee. We will be creating images from nature, gaining inspiration from Sandy Hill. Price of the Workshop will be £10.00 and age range from 6yrs – 12yrs. Please book a place for this workshop via the specific silk screen workshop page. \nDrinks and healthy snacks provided,10.00 am-12.30pm.  Please feel free to bring a picnic lunch if you want to stay to enjoy the Sandy Hill environment after the event.\n
