CANCELLED: Plumm x skttrd & Arda Wei

CANCELLED DUE TO BAD WEATHER: Get ready for an extraordinary musical experience like no other with incredible vocals and sounds by Plumm x skttrd, plus a special performance by Arda Wei, masters of improvisation. Performance will start at 7:30pm and there will be a bar.

Plumm –  genre-bending, stage strutting chameleon

IMG_0801.jpegHer accomplished vocal abilities have taken her to Glastonbury Festival, Jazz gigs in Paris, Pop vocals on shows such as Love Island, her full force Rock/Jazz band: Plumm performing at the Royal Albert Hall, selling out 2 shows at the Jazz Cafe performing “Massive Attack”’s Blue Lines and many many more.

Plumm’s “you’re the one” is the title track of the new Apple TV series ‘Liaison’. Musically she constructs mood driven soundscapes and cinematic style compositions with a gritty edge.

Plumm will be joined by skttrd (pronounced scattered) which is a project by digital impressionist artist Hen Dog , presenting contemporary digital art. skttrd releases music/film, performs live electronics and dj sets, and curates skttrd.world – an immersive party bringing together live visuals and live electronics.

Together, Plumm and skktrd bring their new duo that, put simply, is a buffet of drum machines; Plumm literally turning into a live vocal sample pack, improvisation, soul, trip hop and more. An exciting new duo that blurs the line between live performance and DJ’ing.

They’ve recently performed at PunchDrunk, Kite Festival, Basket of Light Fest, Greenwich Peninsulist, How The Light Gets in Fest and BoxPark Croydon. Their first single – Absentee is out now.

And that’s not all…

We are so excited to welcome back Arda Wei – a group of talented musicians who create majestic sounds for movement, trace and relaxation, mesmerising crowds at Sandy Hill Arts and beyond. They will be performing before Plumm’s set from 7:30pm.
