About me:

With a background in the arts and education, I have worked in illustration, interior design, art sales and marketing and have I taught Art across a mixed range of ability and age range for 20 + years, both in the educational and non educational settings. I am a firm believer that everyone is born able to draw and the benefits of rediscovering this practice are deeply beneficial,as a tool for expression, and a universal language with positive benefits to well being.

I am currently on a masters degree in Fine Art at the Arts University Bournemouth and lecture there too on a part time basis, specialising in drawing and ideas development across all specialisms. I deliver drawing programmes for the University Arts London under graduate qualifications. My work as a multi media artist is rooted in a life long pre-occupation with drawing in whatever materials are available. I am researching methods of recording the exchange of information between artist and subject, but more about that another time!
