Spring Arty Bazaar 2025

Join us on Saturday 12th April  between 12 and 4pm for our Spring Arty Bazaar at the Boilerhouse Gallery at Sandy Hill Arts. There’s something for everyone at an Arty Bazaar and each one is just a bit different from the last one. And it’s totally free to come along.

Follow the sounds of live music over the railway footbridge from the village and you will find stalls with locally made arts and crafts and produce. There will be tasty food on sale to tempt you and you can stop and have a coffee while you wander round.

The Arty Bazaar combines access to the artists’ studios and the Gallery with the added attraction of an eclectic, arty market of specially invited stalls. There’s also the pop-up cafe with delicious food and real coffee brought for the occasion by ‘Feast and Flower’, as well as a jerk chicken stand . Expect live music on the day.

Soak up the atmosphere of this green oasis next to the steam railway station within view of the castle ruins. Once a milk factory, Sandy Hill Arts is now an expanding artistic hub and a new arts charity which brings together artists and creatives from Purbeck and beyond in events, exhibitions and education.
