Medieval Tile Making Workshop with Diana Hall
Join Diana Hall for a workshop on how to make your very own embossed pattern 2″ tiles, ready to take home.
You’ll start the session with a sheet of clay and with the support of our potters and oodles of inspiration you’ll end the session having made a totally unique set of tiles. As we only have a few hours, these tiles will be unfired.
All materials will be provided. Families are welcome.

About Diana Hall
Diana is a recognised national expert in making reproduction medieval encaustic tiles like the featured image above for restoration projects in cathedrals, etc.
She has worked at Singleton Open Air Museum, Chichester – Winchester Cathedral – Bestwell, Wareham, Dorset, Corfe Castle and many other places. She also demonstrates medieval inlaid tile production and conduct hands-on small tile workshops.
